二、開發(fā)區(qū)簡介：

營口北海經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)位于營口市南部，鲅魚圈港以南15公里，營口機場以北13公里。沈海高速公路、哈大高鐵、遼寧濱海大道貫穿全境。規(guī)劃核心區(qū)面積37平方公里。是遼寧省省級開發(fā)區(qū)，遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟帶重點支撐區(qū)。區(qū)內(nèi)自然資源豐富，有遼寧團山國家級海洋公園，為國家AAAA級風(fēng)景區(qū)。同時，于2019年勘探發(fā)現(xiàn)出儲量巨大的稀缺古海溫泉，該溫泉富含鍶、鋰、氡、偏硅酸等45種對人體有益的礦物質(zhì)，出水溫度達86℃。

Yingkou Beihai Economic Development Zone is located in the south of Yingkou City, 15 kilometers south of Bayuquan Port and 13 kilometers north of Yingkou Airport. Shenyang-Haikou Expressway, Harbin-Dalian High Speed Railway and Liaoning Binhai Avenue run through the whole territory. The planned core area covers an area of 37 square kilometers. It is a provincial development zone in Liaoning and a key supporting area in the coastal economic belt of Liaoning. It is rich in natural resources. Yingkou Beihai Economic Development Zone has Liaoning Tuanshan National Marine Park, which is a national AAAA scenic spot. At the same time, a rare Guhai hot spring with huge reserves was discovered in 2019. The hot spring is rich in strontium, lithium, radon, metasilicic acid and other 45 kinds of minerals beneficial to human body, and the water temperature is 86 ℃.

園區(qū)重點發(fā)展濱海文化旅游、高新科技及裝備制造、現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)物流等產(chǎn)業(yè)。重點招商項目：古海溫泉特色小鎮(zhèn)項目、鶴羊山田園綜合體項目、遼東半島醫(yī)療養(yǎng)老休閑度假中心項目。

Focus on the development of coastal cultural tourism, high-tech and equipment manufacturing, modern business logistics and other industries. Key investment projects: ancient sea water hot spring characteristic town project, Mount heyang pastoral complex project, Liaoning Eastern Peninsula Medical pension leisure and holiday center project.
